Memberships: Cancel at least 7 days before renewal to avoid the next charge. If you’re charged, refund requests must be made within 7 days after renewal.

Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the course wasn’t started and nothing was downloaded or used. Once started or downloaded, it’s final sale.

Ebooks and downloads: Final sale due to immediate access and delivery.
