Some professionals may appear in the directory while verification is in progress. When you see Pending Verification, it means the professional has started the process and has agreed to Olyveco standards. It also means some checks are still being completed.

What you can do with a Pending profile:

• Review their info and specialties

• Use booking links if provided

• Request an intro through Olyveco

• Choose to wait until Verified if you prefer

Verified is earned

When a professional is marked Verified, it means core legitimacy checks have been completed and they have agreed to ongoing standards and accountability.

Verification may include one or more of the following, depending on the profession and location:

• Identity and professional legitimacy checks

• Licensing, certification, or association confirmation where applicable

• Business information validation and service area clarity

• Standards agreement and code of conduct

• Ongoing trust signals through contribution and feedback
